First Blog

HELLO!! So this is my first real blog. I'm constantly coming across cool vintage things and fun inspiration images. So I plan to post them all here. Plus I had a interview where they had asked me if I have my own blog...and I thought hey maybe I should.
I am one of the many Unemployed people in this country trying to get by. I own my own company and enjoy the freedom to do what I please but I've been looking for a fulltime job for the past few months to pay my rent. It's been a rough process. Every thing I apply for has about 60 other people going for the same position. I've had to branch outside my field and go way below my pay range. I've been one of the lucky ones to have gotten to the interview stage but have not yet secured a job. It's fusterating cause I know I can do the job well, and in most cases I'm over qualified. Seems like you almost have to know someone in the company to secure a job....and even some places I can't apply to cause they have a overwhelming response of applications that their mailbox is full. I hope things get better soon.
